Purposes and Legal Basis
We process your data for service delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), payments via Stripe, and analytics in PostHog.
Data Retention Period
We store account data for the period of account activity, and billing data for 5 years.
Behavioral Data and Learning Analytics
We collect behavioral data during your study sessions and mock exams (such as response times, answer changes, speed, error streaks, and PM competency tags). This data is linked to your account and stored securely on Supabase servers within the EU. The purpose is to personalize your learning experience and provide constructive development recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties. It may be used in an aggregated, anonymous form to improve our product. You retain the right to be forgotten and can request data deletion at any time.
Data Recipients
Data may be transferred to: Supabase (hosting), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics).
User Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data.
